For experienced developers, we are willing to lend up to 80% of the purchase price on our Refurb Bridge product when they are carrying out the refurbishment at their own expense.

Simply put, a Refurb Bridge is for loans where you are carrying out a refurbishment or conversion but only need funds for the purchase (i.e., on day 1). If you need funds for development as well, that’s where our Light Development loan can help!

Refurb Bridging Loan

Our Refurb Bridging Loan is for projects where the borrower is looking to refurbish, convert or extend a property. We provide up to 70% of the purchase price on day 1, and the borrower then provides the funding themselves for any work required. Because of this, developers typically love this product when the refurb or conversion costs are small, as it enables them to maximise their day 1 funding.
